Alba Family Home is a private, family-oriented villa located in a quiet residential area of Zadar, Croatia.
These house rules are designed to ensure the comfort, safety and privacy of our guests, as well as to respect our neighbors and maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the property.

By confirming the reservation, guests agree to comply with the house rules.

Guests & Occupancy

• Maximum occupancy is 8 guests (7 adults + 1 child up to 15 years).

• Up to 2 babies under 2 years are welcome and are not counted toward the total number of guests.

• Only guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay at or visit the property.

• The total number of guests must never exceed the maximum occupancy.

• No parties or events are allowed at any time.

• Quiet hours apply between 23:00 and 08:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.

These rules help maintain Alba Family Home as a quiet, family-friendly accommodation near Zadar.

Safety & Property Care

• Use of the private swimming pool is at guests’ own risk.

• Children must always be supervised by adults when using the pool and outdoor areas.

• No diving, jumping, running or throwing objects into the pool.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the house or in the pool area. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

• Furniture and equipment must not be moved or rearranged.

• Please treat the house, furniture and equipment with care at all times.

• Any damage caused during the stay must be reported immediately.

These guidelines help us preserve the quality, safety and comfort of this private family villa in Zadar for all guests.

Check-in & Check-out

• Standard check-in time is from 16:00

• Standard check-out time is by 10:00

• Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request, depending on availability and cleaning schedule.
