House Rules – Alba Family Home Zadar
Alba Family Home is a private, family-oriented villa in a quiet residential area of Zadar, Croatia. These house rules are designed to ensure the comfort, safety and privacy of our guests, to respect our neighbours and to keep the peaceful atmosphere of the property.
We kindly ask all guests to read these rules carefully and respect them throughout their stay. By confirming the reservation, guests agree to comply with the house rules.
Guests & occupancy
- Maximum occupancy is 8 guests in any combination, with no more than 7 adults: one bed is a race-car bed for a child up to 15.
- Up to 2 babies under 2 years are welcome and are not counted toward the total number of guests.
- Only guests included in the reservation may stay at or visit the property.
- The total number of guests must never exceed the maximum occupancy.
- No parties or events are allowed at any time.
- Quiet hours apply between 23:00 and 08:00.
These rules keep Alba Family Home a quiet, family-friendly place to stay near Zadar.
Safety & property care
- Use of the private swimming pool is at guests' own risk.
- Children must always be supervised by adults in the pool and outdoor areas.
- No diving, jumping, running or throwing objects into the pool.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the house or in the pool area, only in designated outdoor areas.
- Furniture and equipment must not be moved or rearranged.
- Please treat the house, furniture and equipment with care, and report any damage immediately.
These guidelines help us preserve the quality, safety and comfort of the villa for all guests.
Check-in & check-out
- Standard check-in is from 16:00, with self check-in by smart lock.
- Standard check-out is by 10:00.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be possible on request, depending on availability and the cleaning schedule.
- A refundable security deposit of €500 is required on arrival.
This flexibility lets us offer a smooth, comfortable experience whenever possible.
