House Rules
Alba Family Home is a private, family-oriented property located in a quiet residential area of Zadar.
These house rules are in place to ensure the comfort, safety and privacy of our guests, as well as our neighbors. We kindly ask you to read them carefully and respect them during your stay.
Guests & occupancy
Maximum occupancy is 8 guests (7 adults + 1 child).
Up to 2 babies under 2 years old are welcome and are not counted toward the total number of guests.
Only guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay at or visit the property.
The total number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time.
No parties or events are allowed.
Quiet hours: 23:00 – 08:00.
Safety & property care
Pool use is at your own risk. Children must be supervised by adults at all times near the pool.
No diving, jumping, running or throwing objects into the pool.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house or in the pool area.
Furniture and equipment must not be moved or rearranged.
Guests are expected to take reasonable care of the property.
