Alba Family Home

Alba Family Home is a bright, modern private villa with its own pool, located in a peaceful residential area of Zadar (Crno). Designed with families in mind, the house offers space, privacy and comfort in a calm setting — while beaches, shops and Zadar’s historic Old Town are only 7–10 minutes away by car.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests (maximum 7 adults and 1 child up to 15 years) across four thoughtfully arranged sleeping areas.
In addition, up to two babies under 2 years can stay free of charge when sharing existing beds or using a baby cot, which can be provided on request. Babies under 2 are not included in the total guest count.

Sleeping areas include:

• two spacious bedrooms with king-size beds

• a dedicated children’s room with one standard single bed and a unique full-size car-shaped bed (suitable for children up to 15 years)

• a games room that easily converts into a fourth bedroom thanks to a comfortable pull-out sofa

All rooms are fully air-conditioned to ensure comfort throughout the stay.

The house features two bathrooms:

• an upstairs family bathroom with bathtub, shower, bidet and double washbasins

• a downstairs bathroom with walk-in shower and WC
  This layout works especially well for families and longer stays.

The open-plan living area connects directly to the terrace, creating a relaxed indoor–outdoor flow. Inside, guests can enjoy a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, PlayStation 5, retro arcade games and board games — ideal for quality time together. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle and children’s dinnerware, while the large dining table is perfect for shared meals and long evenings.

Outside, the fully fenced garden is designed for both relaxation and play. Guests can unwind by the private pool on sun loungers, enjoy outdoor dining on the covered terrace with barbecue, and let children play freely in a safe environment. Younger guests especially enjoy the trampoline, foosball table and outdoor toys.
In a separate, enclosed part of the garden live two friendly tortoises, safely away from the pool area — a small detail that many children find memorable.

High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. A washing machine, ironing facilities, baby cot, high chair and private parking are provided to ensure a comfortable, worry-free stay.
